    Brake disk CNC special lathe is a kind of high precision , high efficiency automatic machine tools . Equipped with multi-station turret or power turret, the machine has a wide range of process performance . It can process straight cylindrical , slash cylinder ,circular arc and a variety of thread , groove ,worm and other complex artifacts .

Structure feature:

1. Casting by the quality Meehanite resin sand process. Times effect of aging treatment times, with strong shock-absorbing ability

2. Use large load roller linear guide way for support, double-turret achieved 2 tools machining in a same time, increased the processing efficiency for 100%

3. Turret structure: 4 position electric motor +tool post holder

4. Guide screw use THK brand(Made in Japan) products, to assure machine's high-accuracy, high-efficiency, & high-stiffness.

5. Fully enclosed guard, and use front side chip conveyor, chip removal smoothly and no harm to the overall rigidity.

6. This kind of machine could be use in processing brake disc; bearing; flywheel, etc. Suitable for most of the disc  and ring types components.

7. End plane turret with our independent intellectual property rights, could machining the disc type component' upper and lower end in the same time, superior both in accuracy and surface smoothness.
