Structure Principle of CNC friction stir welding equipment:

      CNC friction stir welding is also using friction heat and deformation heat as the welding heat source. As a new type of solid state bonding technology, FSW has the incomparable advantages than traditional welding. Such as no spatter , no need of gas protection when it is welding, little residual stress and transformation after welding, high performance in stretch resistance and counter bending, low production cost, no pollution and so on. These performance make a unique advantages in aluminum alloy, aluminum plate, titanium alloy welding.
